Carvalho is on loan at Leipzig
Midfielder Fabio Carvalho has left Liverpool to continue his career in Germany. The Portuguese was introduced to the Leipzig team on Friday, while Liverpool also confirmed his departure.
He is on loan for one year to the German team, which has the right to buy him next summer for 16 million euros.
The 20-year-old joined Liverpool from Fulham in the summer of last year, but he did not have much space in coach Juergen Klopp.
He made 21 appearances in all competitions for Liverpool last season, scoring three goals. Carvalho has a contract with Liverpool until 2027.
